Bolo de Natal

INGREDIENTES
• 10 ovos batidos com 4 xícaras de açúcar mascavo
• 1 xícara de melado
• 1 xícara de manteiga
• 4 xícaras de farinha de trigo Guth
• 1 xícara de nozes
• 1 xícara de avelãs
• 1 xícara de amêndoas
• 1 xícara de castanha-do-pará
• 1 xícara de passas pretas
• 1 xícara de passas brancas
• 1 xícara de damascos picados
• 1 xícara de figos secos picados
• 1 xícara de tâmaras e uma de frutas cristalizadas
• 1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó
MODO DE PREPARO
1. Bater 10 ovos inteiros junto com as 4 xícaras de açúcar mascavo mais 1 xícara de melado e 1 xícara de manteiga.
2. Acrescente aos poucos as 4 xícaras de farinha de trigo Guth e o fermento.
3. Pare a batedeira e acrescente as castanhas e as frutas e mexa com a colher de pau.
4. Depois que misturar bem a massa leve ao forno e asse a 180º Graus por 40 minutos.
