Chineque Curitibano

INGREDIENTES
• 700 g de farinha de trigo Guth
• 5 gemas
• 2 xícaras de leite morno
• 5 colheres de sopa de açúcar
• 3 tabletes de fermento
MODO DE PREPARO
1. Desmanche o fermento no leite morno, junte o açúcar e as gemas.
2. Misture tudo, junte a farinha de trigo Guth aos poucos, amasse muito bem e deixe descansar por 2 horas coberta com um pano.
3. Abra a massa para passar uma farta camada de creme de confeiteiro, enrole como rocambole e corte a massa em rodelas de aproximadamente 2 cm.
4. Cubra com farofa e espere crescer para assar.
