Pierogue da Barreirinha

INGREDIENTES (Massa)
• 1 kg de farinha de trigo Guth
• 2 ovos
• 1 colher (sopa) de manteiga
• 500 ml de água
• 1 colher (sopa rasa) de sal
INGREDIENTES (Recheio)
• 800 g de ricota
• 600 g de batata
• Sal a gosto
MODO DE PREPARO
1. Misture o ovo inteiro com a manteiga, acrescente o sal, a água e aos poucos a farinha de trigo Guth.
2. Misture delicadamente até ficar uma massa homogênea, reserve.
3. Prepare o recheio, descasque as batatas e cozinhe-as até ficar com consistência mole.
4. Faça um purê, deixe esfriar e misture com a ricota. Acrescente sal a gosto.
