Bolo Clássico de Milho

INGREDIENTES
• 1 lata de milho-verde escorrido
• 1 lata de leite condensado
• 1 xícara (chá) de manteiga
• 4 ovos (claras e gemas separadas)
• 1 ½ xícara (chá) de farinha de trigo Guth
• 1 colher (sopa) de fermento em pó
• ½ colher de sal
MODO DE PREPARO
1. No liquidificador, bata o sal, o milho e leite condensado.
2. Sem parar de bater, adicione a manteiga e as gemas.
3. Despeje em uma vasilha e misture a farinha de trigo Guth até obter uma massa homogênea.
4. Adicione as claras batidas em neve e o fermento em pó mexendo delicadamente.
5. Despeje em uma forma untada e enfarinhada, e leve para assar em forno pré-aquecido 45 minutos ou até que, enfiando um palito, ele saia limpo.
